Tube extrusion
More than fifty years of experience in fish tube extrusion enables us to guarantee centesimal tolerances with various raw material formulations, according to each customer's requirements. The main materials used are:
- PELD;
- PELLD;
- PEHD;
- PP;
- EVA.
We can supply both coiled and pre-cut tubes.
The most common applications are aerosol valves, pumps, sprays and dispensers for packaging (personal care, home care, cosmetics, perfumery and food).
The department currently has the following facilities
- 12 normal production lines equipped with in-line dimension control and data storage;
- 2 laboratory lines for trials, tests and experimentation.
Normal production takes place in two shifts, which can be extended to a continuous cycle during overtime loads.
